Jent, Gamorrean Trader
How to play Jent - A Pet Management Game
Jent is a pet management game very loosely based on Tamagotchi, only here your pets are from the Star Wars universe. Jent is the name of the Gamorrean Merchant who offers you your pets and pet-related shopping.
Jent is currently in beta! Please be aware the current state of the bot does not represent the final and intended functionality. Bugs may and will likely occur.
The default prefix for Jent is - which must be added before all commands. Individual servers may change this. Please see server documentation for their assigned prefix. To avoid confusion, this guide does not list a prefix for commands.

Getting Started
Once every twenty hours you can see what Jent has in store for you. By using the daily command you'll roll for a random pet. There are 4 types of pet rarities in Jent: common, uncommon, rare and legendary. In addition to the pet egg, you'll gain 25 biological residue, a currency exclusive to Jent.

You may only own 5 pets at a time. If you reach that limit, you'll need to release an existing pet before accepting a new one, as seen above.
What do to with your new pet!
Now that you have a pet from Jent, it is time to care for your new lovable friend. Pets need constant care in order to be in the best condition for growth. After all, your new pet is only a newborn and has so much potential to grow! The better fed and happy your pet is, the more growth they'll have over time.
You can see an overview of your owned pets and their conditions by using the pets command. This will also show you your Mercy points and biological residue.
You can feed your pet and play with your pet once per hour using the feed and play commands respectively.
You can choose to feed your pet with biological residue which grants saturation. Saturation status lets you "overfeed" your pet causing slower hunger decay and a bonus to daily growth. This is only possible with enhanced feeds and cannot be done with common feed.
If your pet is left unfed for five consecutive days, they will be in a condition unsuitable for growth, and will stop growing. As of now, your pet will never die.
Don't like your pet's name?
You can rename your pet using the following pet management command: managepet rename "old pet name" "new pet name" (yes, the quotes are required!). This name will be displayed in most prompts following this.
Don't like your pet anymore? Want to make room? Need to pay the lights with bio residue?
Release your pet to a farm upstate! Using managepet release "pet name" Be warned: This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Trading Pets
You can trade pets with players by using the trade "pet name" and then following the provided prompts. This is permanent and cannot be undone without the consent of the other player.
Mercy
Jent utilizes a system which increases your odds of a Rare or Legendary pet each day you do not obtain a pet of those rarities. If you roll a common or uncommon rarity pet, you'll gain one point of Mercy. Once you obtain a Rare or Legendary, your Mercy will reset to zero.
